Waterloo Place early 1900s
How different from the scene today. The gent on the bike would be really taking a chance  riding in the middle of the road today. Waterloo Place was built in the 1830s and is, in my opinion, one of the more interesting and attractive Georgian  terraces, and as with Brunswick Terrace remains, today., much as it was when first constructed. Just look at the sheer variety and number of chimney pots!
